Tavan omran Sanat company was established by Mr. Hamed Ghanbari in 2006 as a trading company in the field of explosion proof products in Iran.

Tavan Omran has participated in almost all Oil, Gas and Petrochemical projects in Iran as a supplier of explosion proof electrical equipment suitable for hazardous areas since the beginning of its activity.

After a period of growth, Tavan Omran expanded its operations into Designing and Manufacturing explosion proof electrical equipment for use in potentially explosive atmospheres

A: Our technical plant is located in No154, zone E2, shiraz economic area, shiraz, Iran. The necessary manufacturing authorization is issued officially by Ministry of industries and Business.

We have already designed and manufactured some W/P electrical equipment, certified by laboratory.

Our plant is equipped with some required machinery and laboratory Tools. We perform many processes in our plant. There are some pieces of work which would be assigned to the relevant skilled contractors, such as coating and other ancillary measures.

Tavan Omran achievements are as follows:

2007 : Flat Cable was designed and manufactured based on British Standard BS6004 on Abadan Oil and

refining company request.

2008 : Flange Coupling was designed and manufactured based on British Standard BS4568 on Abadan Oil and refining company request.

2009 : MK cast iron box and clamp were designed and manufactured on Iranian Central Oil Fields Company (ICOFC) request.

2010 : The company obtained ISO 9001:2008 quality management system certificate.

2011 : Production of Shroud ,PVC made, UV resistant, protective against environmental dust, industrial and chemical acid and liquid.

2012 : Explosion proof electronic ballast was designed manufactured and certified for use in hazardous area due to the presence of flammable and explosive gases and vapors in accordance with ATEX EN60079-0, EN60079-1 & EN 60529.

2014 : Explosion proof cable gland (for armored and non-armored cable) was designed ,manufactured and certified for use in hazardous area due to the presence of flammable and explosive gases and vapors in accordance with ATEX EN60079-0, EN60079-1 & EN 60529.

2017 : Explosion proof electronic ballast was designed and produce according 2014/34/EU directive.

2018 : Explosion proof cable gland was designed and produce  according 2014/34/EU directive.

2018 : Production Explosion proof plug, reducer, adaptor, coupling and union according 2014/34/EU directive .

2018 : Production stainless steel explosion proof junction box in diffretion size according 2014/34/EU directive .

2019 : Production Ejb series flame proof enclosures control unit, Ex db IIB+H2.

2019 : Production GUB series flame proof enclosures  according 2014/34/EU, classification Ex db IIC.

2019 : Production shock proof  and explosion proof hand lamp. Ex ed IIC  according directive 2014/34/EU

2021: Production explosion proof aluminium hand lamp ARTA TYPE. Ex d llC according directive 2014/34/EU
